Item that you activate to gain access to a two-room player home/interior cell. Second cell has crafting and other stuff, possibly lots of gold. First cell looks like a (not lore-friendly) weeaboo's bedroom, full of posters, computer, modern bed, and lots of (respawning) used tissues.

A player home located outside of Riften(near the farm where the dark elf couple live and work), deleted by the author after nexus announced collections in july 2021(currently hosted on afk mods)
